Handmade Wooden Jewelry Debby Necklace

Necklaces are handmade using natural woods including walnut, maple, oak, cherry, Padauk, Purpleheart, mahogany, ash, elm, sycamore and more! For our signature striped design, individual pieces of wood are glued together then cut out in various shapes. Striped not your thing? We have our same design in solid walnut, cherry or maple. They are sprayed with a water-resistant finish. Hardware is nickel-free, antique-plated brass. Handmade in Iowa. It measures about 1.7″ x .75 and is attached to an 18″ chain. They make great gifts for any occasion!
*Request a different wood type (i.e. walnut, maple or cherry) in the order notes or in the personalization box below. The striped, multi-wood design is the default. In order notes (or in the personalization box below) request either 16″, 18″ or 24″ chain (18″ is the default).
**Each necklace pendant will have various wood types due to the unique nature of our designs. They will all have the same shapes, just varying wood types.

Shipping Policy
➠ Our processing time is 2-4 business days, but it also depends on our stock. If you want to double check to see when your order will ship, feel free to contact us with any questions (319) 656-3990, Mon-Sat, 9a-5p CST or info [!at] jkcreativewood.com.
➠ We ship using mostly USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days). Depending on weight + size, we may ship using UPS Ground. If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade to Priority Mail (2-3 business days) at checkout. This will also bump your order to the top of our list to pack and ship. The only 1-day, overnight option at this point is through UPS. It will be double, sometimes triple the cost of the item(s) depending on the weight, size, etc.
➠ It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to provide a safe and deliverable address on the order. If a package is returned to us, the sender, due to the failure to provide a deliverable address or a wrong address on the order, second time shipping will be charged to the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse, refund or replace anything stolen.
➠ If your package seems to be late or lost in the USPS system, contact your local Post Office by calling their direct line* and visiting your local office to seek further assistance there. We are happy to help in the case of lost mail as well by filing a missing mail claim. REFUNDS + EXCHANGES:
➠ If there is any flaw in our product–shipping damage, damage at all–contact us. We will do our best to assess the damage and either refund or replace the item.
➠ If an item is unwanted or not needed anymore, we have a 25% restocking fee. In this case, cost of shipping the item back to us, will not be reimbursed. Once the returned item is received, we will proceed with reimbursement. If any damage is caused to the product in return shipment due to failure of packing, partial or no refund will be given.
➠ Because handmade pottery is more fragile and prone to breaking in return shipping, we cannot accept returns for any pottery.
➠ Return window: 30 days after the timestamp of delivery. For example, if an order was delivered on December 6th, the return window is valid through January 6th.
